- First 30 Days:Free replacement parts, round-trip shipping, and remote technical support.
- 30 Days to 1 Year:Free replacement parts and one-way shipping (customer covers return shipping costs).
- After 1 Year:Free technical support only (customer covers all related costs, including shipping and parts).
Special Warranty Terms:
- Spare Parts: 3-month warranty.
- Batteries: 6-month warranty.
- Used Machines: 3-month parts-only warranty (no labor or returns).
- Exclusions: Wear-and-tear parts and damage caused by misuse or improper handling are not covered.
Battery Maintenance:
To extend battery life and ensure proper function, charge the battery once a month when not in use.
