Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, with all original packaging and components included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at service@aequanta.com or call 312-940-3550. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return packages must be securely packed and shipped to the return address provided after your request is approved.
Personal Reason Returns
If you change your mind or no longer need the item, you may return it within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If your original order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, please do not open or use it. Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the received item. After confirmation, we will arrange for the return and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable. For defective items, a photo or video may be requested for assessment.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items, used or damaged products due to improper use, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition or lack original packaging. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.
Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging, and partial or no refunds may be issued in such cases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order separately after the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
