AEQ Shipping and Order Policies

Lead Time:

· Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days.

· We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

· Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions and customs delays.

Shipping Modes:

· We ship from multiple warehouses and utilize different freight carriers depending on the customer's location.

· The standard shipping cost covers delivery to a freight terminal or commercial business address with self-unloading.

· Additional services like Lift Gate Service, Residential Delivery, or Phone Call Service are not included in the standard cost. Please specify these needs when placing your order.

· For remote or difficult-to-reach addresses (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), additional shipping charges may apply.

· For deliveries to Canada and Mexico, please contact our sales team before purchase due to customs clearance procedures.

Shipment Changes and Cancellations:

· Orders may be subject to extra fees if changes are requested after they have been placed. Please contact us promptly to request any modifications.

· Order cancellations are possible before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, a recall fee may apply if the order is canceled. Please note that even if a tracking number has not been uploaded, the product may have already been dispatched due to a communication delay.

· Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Damage:

· Upon receipt of your goods, inspect the shipment before signing for delivery. If the goods show significant damage, please refuse the shipment and notify our customer service team.

· Note any concerns regarding damaged packaging or missing parts on the driver's Bill of Lading and notify our sales team within 24 hours at service@aequanta.com or by phone at 312-940-3550.

· If damage or missing items are not noted at the time of delivery, we will not be able to file a claim or offer a return/refund.

Order Consolidation:

· Whenever possible, we will consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment to minimize shipping costs and improve efficiency
